A prominent courier company is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Cape Town. If you have a passion for building relationships, closing deals, and helping customers find solutions, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and reports
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) – tertiary qualification in Sales or Business is a plus
- Previous experience in sales (courier, logistics, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
