Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and maintain accurate debtor accounts
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Ensure statements and invoices are sent out timeously
- Perform general debtor-related and administrative duties
- Work confidently with Excel and accounting-related data
Requirements:
- Appointment based on experience and ability to perform the role
- Previous Debtors experience is advantageous
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate, with Excel experience essential
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Professional, polite, and confident attitude with a solid work record
