A prominent courier company is looking for a hands-on Collections Supervisor to lead their Collections Department in Cape Town. If you’re organised, customer-focused, and love motivating a team to achieve great results, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the Collections Department
- Assign and oversee daily collections for drivers
- Prepare driver trip sheets and capture waybills accurately
- Liaise with customers and maintain excellent service
- Address operational issues as they arise
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) – post-matric qualification in Logistics or Customer Service is a plus
- Previous experience in Collections and the Courier industry
- Strong organisational, time management, and leadership skills
- Good MS Word & Excel knowledge; experience with Parcel Perfect is a bonus
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Integrity, honesty, and excellent work attendance
