Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all general administrative duties for the branch
- Capture waybills and maintain accurate system records
- Check and debrief PODs, ensuring they are completed and returned timeously
- Follow up on deliveries, collections, and outstanding CODs
- Assist the Branch Manager with daily operational admin
- Handle customer queries regarding freight and PODs
Requirements:
- Appointment based on experience and ability to perform the role
- Previous general administration experience will be advantageous
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Good problem-solving ability
- Computer literate
- High levels of speed and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work record
