    5. Employer Responsibilities

    Employers agree that:
    – All job descriptions and requirements provided to Next Step Staffing are accurate, non-discriminatory, and compliant with South African labour legislation;
    – The employer is responsible for verifying the candidate’s suitability and final employment decision;
    – Next Step Staffing will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from a candidate’s actions, performance, or conduct once employed;
    – All fees, charges, and payment terms agreed upon in a separate Client Service Agreement or invoice are binding and payable in accordance with that agreement.

    6. Fees and Payments (For Employers)


    Recruitment fees will be agreed upon in writing between Next Step Staffing and the employer prior to commencement of services.
    – Fees are payable as outlined in the specific service agreement or invoice.
    – Invoices are due within the payment terms stated (typically 7–30 days).
    – Late payments may incur interest and administrative costs.
    – Candidate placements are subject to standard replacement or guarantee terms, as outlined in the employer’s individual agreement.

    7. Confidentiality


    All parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal or business information obtained during the recruitment process.
    – Candidate data will be processed and stored securely in line with POPIA.
    – Employers must not disclose candidate information to third parties without consent.

    8. Liability Disclaimer


    Next Step Staffing acts solely as a facilitator between employers and candidates.
    We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information provided, but:
    – We do not guarantee that a candidate will be suitable, qualified, or perform satisfactorily.
    – We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from reliance on information, introductions, or placements.
    – We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
    Employers assume full responsibility for their hiring decisions and subsequent employment relationships.

    9. Data Protection and Privacy


    We are fully committed to compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
    By submitting personal data through our website or services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of such information for recruitment purposes only.
